This institution aims to impart non-formal education to groups such as children of school-going age, persons who have dropped out of schools and those who cannot be reached by the formal school education system (for example, the children of migrant labourers, individuals working part – time, physically challenged persons etc.).The primary functions of this entity are as follows:

  • Recognition and monitoring of performance of study centers.


  • Administering examinations: At the end of the academic course, the WBCROS administers examinations for the students.
